Shipping & Returns

How We Ship

• USPS Ground Advantage or UPS ground. However, orders over $75 always qualify for free shipping. At this time, we do not currently ship internationally.

• Items are typically shipped within 48 business hours, although as a family-run business, rare delays may occur.

• If you need an item to be shipped quickly, please send an email to info@sunfiretees.com and we will try our best to expedite your order. It's important to provide the order number when contacting us.

• We respond to emails daily Monday through Friday. If you don't receive a response within 24 business hours, make sure to check your spam folder.

• All orders are shipped from our shop in Sunnyvale, Texas. All of our shirts are printed in house, so occasionally processing may take an extra day or two.

Return Policies

Your satisfaction is important to us! However, we make all shirts to order and cannot accept returns or exchanges. We are a small business and are trying to do everything in our power to keep costs low despite the rising cost in goods and expenses. Please note all shirts are FINAL SALE. 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If you have received an item with a manufacturer’s defect, please email info@sunfiretees.com to let us know. Be sure to include pictures, description, and the order number within 7 days of receipt of the item.
