How We Ship

• USPS Ground Advantage or UPS ground. However, orders over $75 always qualify for free shipping. At this time, we do not currently ship internationally.

• Items are typically shipped within 48 business hours, although as a family-run business, rare delays may occur.

• If you need an item to be shipped quickly, please send an email to info@sunfiretees.com and we will try our best to expedite your order. It's important to provide the order number when contacting us.

• We respond to emails daily Monday through Friday. If you don't receive a response within 24 business hours, make sure to check your spam folder.

• All orders are shipped from our shop in Sunnyvale, Texas. All of our shirts are printed in house, so occasionally processing may take an extra day or two.

Return Policies

Your satisfaction is important to us! We accept returns with 14 days for STORE CREDIT only. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items. If it has been longer than 14 days since you received your order, the return will not be approved. Customer is responsible for return shipping. STORE CREDIT, minus shipping charges will be issued once the return is received and inspected. Items received with strong smells, pet hair, or in used condition will not be accepted and will be returned to sender at their expense.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If you have received an item with a manufacturer’s defect, please email info@sunfiretees.com to let us know. Be sure to include pictures, description, and the order number within 7 days of receipt of the item.
