Returns & Cancellations

We want you to love what you ordered — but if it’s not quite right, you can return unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Holiday shirts are non-returnable within 14 days of the holiday.

A 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit. (We’re a small biz, not Amazon — we appreciate your understanding!)

Returns must be in original condition — no makeup stains, pet glitter, or “worn once for a selfie” vibes.

CANCELLATIONS: We know mistakes happen! If you need to cancel your order, please reach out within 2 hours of purchase. Because we ship lightning-fast, cancellations after this window can’t be accepted.

All approved cancellations will be issued as store credit only, which never expires and can be used on any future tee you fall in love with.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If you have received an item with a manufacturer’s defect, please email info@sunfiretees.com to let us know. Be sure to include pictures, description, and the order number within 7 days of receipt of the item.
