How We Ship

• Our flat-rate shipping cost within the United States is $8.95. However, orders over $75 always qualify for free shipping. At this time, we do not currently ship internationally.

• Items are typically shipped within 48 business hours, although as a family-run business, rare delays may occur.

• If you need an item to be shipped quickly, please send an email to info@sunfiretees.com and we will try our best to expedite your order. It's important to provide the order number when contacting us.

• We respond to emails daily Monday through Friday. If you don't receive a response within 24 business hours, make sure to check your spam folder.

• All orders are shipped from our shop in Sunnyvale, Texas. All of our shirts are printed in house, so occasionally processing may take an extra day or two.

Return Policies

Your satisfaction is important to us! However sometimes the fit, feel, or color is not quite what you expected. If that's the case, we’re happy to offer a flexible return policy. Please note clearance, sale, $15 Faves and holiday shirts are FINAL SALE. Please start your return request here: RETURN REQUEST FORM

All returns are issued store credit. Returns for a refund are not accepted. A return for store credit or exchange must be made within 15 days.

Please read the following before you return your items:

In order to ensure a smooth return process, we ask that item(s) are unworn, unwashed, and be returned to us in the way they were sent to you: with all original tags attached. Please refrain from returning items that carry the scent of perfume, smoke, body odors, or show signs of pet hair or external debris. If any of these conditions are detected, we will return the item to you at your expense. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse any future returns. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding in this matter.

Awarded credits, coupons, and/or any other discounts will be forfeited upon return of item.

Returns must be delivered to Sunfire Tees within the time frames listed below, and you must complete the RETURN REQUEST FORM  before mailing your items back to us:

Additional Return Information

Original shipping is not refunded or credited back.

We kindly request that you complete the Return Request Form before sending back your return(s). It is important to note that returns received without a completed form will not be accepted.

Please adhere to our return guidelines to avoid any complications. Returns that do not meet our guidelines may be refused or subject to a 25% restocking fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Once your item(s) are received, return processing will be initiated within 7 business days. You will be notified once your return has been processed and applied as requested.

If the tracking you received upon shipping your return shows that it was delivered more than 7 days ago, please let us know and we can look into that for you. Otherwise, we ask for your patience as we receive many packages each day.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If you have received an item with a manufacturer’s defect, please email info@sunfiretees.com to let us know. Be sure to include pictures, description, and the order number within 7 days of receipt of the item.
